Memories can help take the edge off the frustrations with the present, and assist to help form proper reactions to what is happening. Good depiction of these two calming down and calling out the best from one another. Author Reply: Thanks for the thoughtful review. And I am really, really sorry for the very late reply. The button vanished on me when I was about to reply. Cry... At least now it has appeared again... after a very long time. Yes, I agree with you there. And in fact, I intended the tapestry to be like... what we would call photographs - run into one. People usually call forth good memories via the photographs they have collected of those moments. I tried to do the same here. I am glad it worked. And yes, good memories could provide both an escape and a balm from the present situation... Attested by myself. LOL Again, thank you for the review, and I am sorry for the very late reply. (Hopefully it will never again, but one never knows when it has something to do with the Internet.) - Rey | |
