| Wow! How could I miss a story like this one? Gandalf settled by the fire with his pipe and watched Sam out of the corner of his eye. Something strange was about, that much was certain. Something strange, indeed! On the one hand it seems that Frodo's and Pippin's dreams are strangely alike. But on the other hand those stones seem to be *alive*! Merry has got one of Pippin's missing stones. So, where's the other one? Maybe in Legolas' possession? I'm looking forward to reading more. | Are these blue stones, like the Ring, seeking to put themselves into the hands of those who will do what purpose has been placed on them? What will Merry do? And does Legolas have one of them now? | Those dreams at the beginning were well done, the best part here. And now Legolas is hearing the voice too...hmmm...the plot thickens... And that was good of Aragorn to put that sleeping draught into Frodo's food, even if a bit sneaky, but a good sneaky. Namarie, God bless, Antane :) Author Reply: Thanks, Antane.
