| I rejoice they find peace with one another's company, although I regret that Smeagol stole the locket. Now good comes even of the theft, however. Now, to make things right! Author Reply: After 500 years as a jewelry junkie, it's not likely he'll be cured overnight! But maybe he's learned his lesson finally, and yes, some good comes of it.
