I'm glad that Smeagol had a good and long and fulfilling life. I understand Meleth's fears for her husband and son; but it is the grief she accepted in marrying him. So, Garland came, too, eh? It does sound as if she has also had a wonderful life now! Yes, they are each taking what is given. And Bryseluthea is a flirt, is she? Oh, dear! Author Reply: Yes, Smeagol's second death was the complete opposite of the first one, what? And Meleth did go into the union with her eyes open, although I doubt she was totally aware of what she was letting herself in for. Still, I don't think she would go back for a moment. And much as I would have liked to punish Garland a little, the muse had a different plan for her, it seems..... Bryseluthea *is* a bit of a flirt, but she has a heart of gold underneath it, I'm sure, and her feelings for Elrohir are sincere without a doubt. OK, one more chapter to go! What am I going to do now???? Thanks so much for keeping up and commenting Larner! ~~~~~{~@ | |
