Fomenting riot, is our beloved Ingoldo? Nasty git! Author Reply: Too true, Larner, too true.

So, since he cannot cause discomfort in person, he will work behind the scenes to cause as much confusion and unrest as possible. Truly, the three Kings are unbelievably patient - perhaps too much so. I know I wouldn't be so good - a good physical confrontration might be just the thing. Looking forward to Friday's chapter. - Erulisse (one L) Author Reply: Hi Erulisse. Probably a 'good, physical confrontation" is the last thing they are thinking of, since the last such confrontation ended with a trial in the Máhanaxar, followed by exile. Besides, the kings are called to a higher standard of behavior and cannot always indulge themselves. *grin* Thanks for reading and reviewing. I appreciate it very much.

With all apologies to Eru, Ingoldo can be a real, sneaky S.O.B. at times! I think the Valar should exile him and his wife somewhere, but not Formanos, putting all the bad eggs in one basket would not be a good idea. So Ingoldo and Company have managed to disrupt the wedding after all, inspite of their little chat with Lords Manwe and Namo, he is never going to learn is he, by the way, thinking ahead a few centuries, who does he blame for his sons death during the War of Wrath? Still much to ponder on in this chapter, I might have to come back to it, there is so much going on. Huggs, Lynda Author Reply: Hi Lynda. Well, you knew Ingoldo wouldn't stay good for good. *grin* I think the Valar are hoping the High King will deal with Ingoldo, being his brother and all. At any rate, we'll see how it all works out (or not) eventually. As for whom Ingoldo will blamed for Intarion's death... that would be Arafinwe, because Intarion will die defending him. Of course he'll also blame Ingwe for not sending his own son to the War, forcing Intarion to go in his stead (as he will see it). A messy affair altogether and you notice back in Elf, Interrupted, Ingoldo and Tinwetariel are not present when Intarion is reunited with his wife and daughter, as they are still in exile. There is indeed much to ponder in this chapter even though there isn't much action going on. Thanks for reading and reviewing. I appreciate it very much.
