| Yes ~ as a former all-out StrWrs freak, I picked up on that one pretty quick! I must admit my favorite part about that scene has always been Threepio, though. ;) Romance in and of itself is slow to impress me, and I even squirmed through the Aragorn-Arwen scenes in TTT, though I suppose I'm finally warming up to it now at 18yrs-old. Blame my sheltered life! ~ But of course I don't have anything against this kind, and I'm likely to be writing some of my own soon. *Cum laude!* | |

| Yep, caught the "Star Wars" reference -- that scene made me squirm the first time I saw it in the theaters (gimme a break; I was in junior high), but now it's one of my favorite scenes. And I, like you, like "Hercules!" Having a little girl makes one a quasi-expert on the whole animated movie thing. Estella's a stubborn little thing, isn't she? Merry'd better step up his campaign or she'll end up hiding in the closet until he leaves. Then again, he might like that! What's appallingly forward in broad daylight is lent credibility in the dark, after all. Keep it up! I'm enjoying it very much. Author Reply: Ahh, a girl after my own heart - Star Wars *and* Disney! Though, with the latter, I suppose having a kid would probably do that to you. ;-) And yes, Estella is quite stubborn.
