| There is indeed reason to be concerned and on guard, as the young Peredhil have reason to know. Too bad they can't fly their kites in defiance of the dark, however. Author Reply: A pity, indeed. But I suppose Erestor realised that, being only half-Elven, they would not have the fortitude to brace against such a foul weather, despite their courage. And yes, quite a reason to recognise the dangers and be on guard about it... It was a dark time, and being children sadly wouldn't excuse them from possible harm. I enjoyed reading your comments.
