| Well,some how I do not think Celeborn will go along with this, otherwise he will look like a total fool and he is not that. Haldir and company will find themselves doing a lot of time on the Marches, a couple of centuries or so and I don't think there will be any more visits to the Dunland village either! Galadrial will not be too pleased either, though I think she will understand why Haldir did it, so maybe only one century and some more pearls from Mithlond?! | This is one case where prurient curiosity at least managed to allow them to save important lives! I wonder--will Celeborn ever tell his wife the truth of it?
