| Antane, what a great observation! I never connected the death of Frodo's parents, with his saving Sam from drowning at that point in time. Amazing, that Frodo can talk so calmly about it now. | I think that must have been a terrifying time for Frodo, watching Sam, knowing his parents met the same end. I love the way they show it in the movie, especially the wide shot of them in the middle of the lake, in great danger because of the great amount of enemies around, but all they care about at that moment is holding each other. So wonderfully done! Cheers for hobbity love!
