| Fire-elves is a very logical name the Sindar would give to Noldor. Author Reply: I thought so. The brightness of the eyes of those who'd grown up in the Light of the Trees has often been commented upon in Tolkien's works, so that this Elf at least might have called them so seemed logical. | |
