| My connection is iffy, so forgive the lack of response to the last chapter. Love that Aragorn's nobility holds him to aiding Nadhir, and that now Kadar has two obligations to the northerner. Now--to see what happens to Zarim in the end. He's not showing himself particularly well, I find. Heh! Author Reply: That's all right, I'm not able to post a chapter every day either (I'm just leaving for some time...) The guy is Nazim (Arranger, adjuster in arabic), so we'll see what he'll arrange! | |

| Another good use of the prompt... and I have a feeling Nazim is going to be a major thorn in Thorongil's side, and maybe in Kadar's as well. Author Reply: It seemed to me it would be possible to omit this chapter for the sake of the story, but it was most fitting for the prompt, so it's there =) | |

I love your descriptions of the desert - it really comes alive! And Thorongil is, as always, honourable and compassionate even at the risk to his own life. Thank you!
