I really did enjoy your take on Aragorn's healing of Faramir. Your Aragorn shows the right measure of determined and compassionate perseverance and I like the idea of Faramir envisioning Ithilien as a wasteland before touching Aragorn's hand. Author Reply: Thanks! I am glad that you liked it ^^

That's a wonderful scene. Aragorn is so gentle and yet so persistent. The dialogue is just perfect. Author Reply: Thank you, I am very glad you thought it was good :)

Over the years I've read a number of these Aragorn-searches-for-someone's-soul fics, whether Faramir, Frodo, Sam, Merry, or Éowyn ... probably Pip as well. This is definitely a good one. Faramir seeing Ithilien as a wasteland was an especially good touch. I also liked The moment their palms touched, the barren world about them suddenly flew away. And the fact that the Aragorn Faramir saw when he woke was quite different from the figure who appeared in his delirium (though being Faramir, he had no difficulty recognizing him). Author Reply: Thank you! Quite the compliment, considering how many there are! Heh, people seem to forget that Ithilien is Faramir's really special spot... :) Thank you for reviewing!
