Intarion is really maturing and hanging tough where his father is concerned. Family loyalties have not blinded him to the truth. I hope Arafinwe returns soon. Author Reply: Hi Tari. Yes, Intarion is coming into his own. Arafinwe won't be returning to Tirion anytime soon as he still has to help Ingwion find Ingwe but Intarion will be seeing him soon enough. Thanks for reading and reviewing. I really appreciate it.

Fiondil, don't take this comment wrong, but I need to know what is happening soon!!! This suspense is killing me!!!!really, can you give us a preview? Thanks for posting. Author Reply: LOL! I wish I could hurry this tale along, Fantasia, but alas, it's as long as it needs to be and it will take awhile to reach its conclusion. All I will say is that we will be seeing what has been happening with Ingalaurė and Ingoldo in the next few chapters and then we will get back to Ingwion's search for Ingwė and at that point we'll be pretty much caught up and back in the 'present' (what you're reading now is flasback)and the various threads will be almost woven together for the story's climax. Just be patient, please, and thanks for reading and reviewing. I appreciate it.

Well, WE at least know what Ingoldo has been up to, and Intarion is right to be concerned. Now--to see Arafinwe join with Ingwion to free Ingwe and to see Ingoldo get what's coming to him! Am looking forward to that. Author Reply: Indeed we do, Larner, and Intarion will eventually find out for himself. We will actually be looking in on Ingalaure and Ingoldo in the next few chapters and then we'll touch base with Ingwion and at that point we will begin to bring all the threads of this story together and we'll see just what Ingoldo's fate is. I'm glad you're lookking forward to that. Thanks for letting me know and thanks for taking the time to read and review. I appreciate it very much.

What touched me most in this chapter was how Intarion, by his insistance on staying at the inn,was a catalyst for the Noldor to start interacting publicly again. And he probably doesn'even realize it. :) I so look forward to each chapter of this tale! Well done, as always! Author Reply: You're right, Rhyselle, he doesn't realize it, he simply assumes that the Noldor are finally getting their acts together and ceasing with their city-wide pity party and getting on with the business of getting on. Glad you are still enjoying this tale. Thanks for letting me know. I really appreciate it.

Well at least Intarion knows just how his father thinks and acts and will not be too surprised, shocked maybe, but not surprised when he returns and finds out what he has done. He may even be able to help find and release Ingwe. Tirion is starting to come back to life, in a situation like this you can either sit on your thumbe and do nothing or get on with life. Children still need feeding, animals need care and somebody has to clean the bath rooms! Earwen still keeps hoping that Arafinwe will be back soon, but it will be a while yet before he does. I like the idea that a Mair came and told Erawen that Arafinwe was apprenticed to Manwe for a while, no need to distress her with his actual circumstances. Now to wait for Olwe to arrive and for he and Earwen to go to Valmar and then for Intarion to go to Vanyamar and find out just what The Rat is up to! Huggs, Lynda Author Reply: Hi Lynda. I doubt Intarion will be surprised, but shocked and sadden, yes, that will certainly be what he will feel when he learns what his father has been up to, that an possibly guilt and even shame. And of course life does go on, as the Noldor are beginning to realize, and that in itself is a good thing and just what the Valar were hoping for. We will be checking in with Ingalaurė and "The Rat" with the next chapter. *grin* Thanks for taking the time to read and review. I really appreciate it.
