| Excellent beginning; spooky and sweet by turns. I love the relationship between Faramir and Aragorn here; the way Faramir turns to the king for support and also feels protective of him. And weird, spooky dreams, even while Faramir's awake! Nice hurt/comfort scene too, heartfelt but not overdone, just the way I like it. Author Reply: Gyah, the h/c between Aragorn and Faramir kept giving me grief! These are able-bodied men in an armed camp, and they're not going to go in for hugging and tucking others in. But they do care about each other, and they are dealing with the unknown. I'm so glad you felt it wasn't overdone! That was a scary scene to write! | |

| So glad, but so glad that you have posted a new story! And a very promise one! I love mystery and suspense. Great! And, of course, Faramir (books) is my favorite character. I'm re-reading the Hobbit now, because it is time for my daughter to discover the wonderful world of Middle Earth, so I'm starting to fall in love with the stories all over again and this time my daughter is with me, it remind me of how I learned about ME, with my dad, so many years ago….Looking forward for the updates Author Reply: It's hard not to like Faramir. He's one of my favorites, too, but I sometimes shy away from writing him because he intimidates me. I hope you enjoy sharing ME with your daughter! | How exciting! The Thundera Tiger has written a brand new story!!!! I hate it when I get all caught up in a writer's work only to find that he/she has stopped writing years ago, and here I am with a current story to follow! This is very exciting. I love your detailed and engaging writing style and hope this updates speedily :DDD Author Reply: Thank you so much for your review! I'm glad you're enjoying it so far. This was a much different style than what I'm used to writing (present tense and EXTREMELY limited perspective vs past tense and revolving third person perspective), so I wasn't sure it would work. Hopefully the next chapters will continue the trend. | |
