| Oh, this is excellent, as is the entire series! You hear about bullets hitting belt buckles or badges or even books, and why not an arrow striking Aragorn's Star of the Dunedain pin! That had to have hurt, but good for Halbarad's rough comfort. Instead of spamming you with reviews, I'll say here that I've read through all these drabbles and enjoyed each immensely, my favorites being "Defence" and just about every one that features Halbarad, for whom I have a very large soft spot. You've written Aragorn in his many guises very well in character, and you've managed so well at packing a lot into each set of 100 words. I'm very glad you've come out of "hiatus". May inspiration continue to strike! Author Reply: Thanks for the review! I know that having just a small item fend of bullets and what not is quite a (movie) cliché, but I couldn't resist.
