Le hannon, my dear Larner! Sorry to be late in unwrapping but being Lent, I can only read hobbity stuff on the exempt Sundays. I was wondering when Frodo would realize Sam was managing him just as much but in a much more agreeable way. No wonder Frodo considered himself so lucky after the Quest was over. Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

Poor Frodo! I hope that Snowdrop learns how to behave in the office soon; otherwise she'll drive those poor souls crazy! They've got enough of a headache dealing with Lotho's mess! I'm glad that Frodo's home with Sam and Rosie; they'll have him relaxed, fed, and settled in no time! Thanks for posting this, and I wish I was having roast beef tonight instead of chicken nuggets! :)

There you can see it again! "Proper" management depends on the point of view: if you are the manager or the one being managed ;-) Personally, I agree with Frodo that Sam's management philosophy is much better.

Well - there's 'managing' and 'MANAGING' and Sam is a dab hand at the best sort. He would have made a good butler in latter days. :)

There is managing by someone who loves you and managing by someone who does not! I think some one needs to have a little talk with Snowdrop along the lines of thank you but no thankyou! Huggs, Lynda

Such comfort, warmth, and simplicity... just what Frodo needs most.

So Frodo doesn't like to be _managed_, does he? Well, Sam and Rosie know _how_ to manage him properly! :-D

This was delightful, Larner. A deft touch is the difference, and being held in the heart instead of just being "around". That dinner sounds wonderful to me...any extra available? - Erulisse (one L)
