| Oh good grief. I fully commiserate with Legolas. When I broke my back, laughing was hideously painful, yet too often did I laugh. Poor things. All of them. I can hardly bear to read further in this chapter. Oh - I love the phrase 'stretching with his mind for Bag End.' Says it all. :( Good old Radagast has a plan! I do so hope Boromir - no, he can't be affected by this Ring this far away. And yet, perhaps Denethor's decree about strangers in Gondor???? Ah Merry wondered too. I know Boromir died in the original... I am aghast at the thought he might die in your tale too.... And poor Pippin. Good grief, you don't mean the Orcs are flaying Legolas and Faramir... Too cruel... good grief. I loved the humor in this chapter. But did NOT enjoy this chapter. How could I? You are cruel... No, you are the author. You can do what you want, but my goodness gracious.... | |

| So, Boromir is still alive, but for how long? And how long can Legolas, Faramir and Pippin hold out? What is with the other parts of the fellowship? It is time they all get a break. I'm very curious how you will get to the end of this story. | |
