| Whoo hoo! Great chapter. They are finally going to be on their way. Boromir survived the stairs and now looks to a boat trip that will not tax his body as much as aback a horse or walking. And Durlin still cares for a rebellious Denethor and Gimli and Legolas continue their gentle repartee. I love the way you bring the characters of these people out. They are not cardboard creatures. Each one you introduce to us is immediately taken to heart. They are good and doughty men and give me hope that Boromir will end up, alive and well, in Minas Tirith. And that perhaps Denethor and Faramir will have polite, even loving converse between them. A nicely touching chapter! | |
