| Oh, this filling in of the loss of Khazad-dum is well done indeed! The details are very plausible. Poor Dwarves, they did not know what they were stirring up! Author Reply: I almost grieve that the details are so believable, but so it must have been. But they must have sent away all of the women and children who could be prevailed upon to leave so as to protect the future of their people, or so I see it. Still, they could have had no idea as to what precisely they'd freed to destroy their greatest realm within Middle Earth. Thanks so, Dreamflower! | |
