Oh, I absolutely agree. Glorfindel is much much hotter than Legolas. Which is why I guess they couldn't put him in the movie - I mean, who would have been good enough to play him? But he is my most favorite (because most of them are my favorites too!) LOTR hero, and the handsomest too! In fact I totally agree with Romilda Vane's description of him - and then some ;) This was so much fun, even if my favorite hero is not exactly his usual cool calm and collected self here, but who would be, in such a situation - thanks for sharing. For some reason I'm not getting notifications from SoA when I have a new review (though I should be), so unless it's for a recent story I've posted (which I'll check on once or twice for a day or two afterwards), I completely miss reviews for older fics onsite. Anyway, I've found you now, so thank you! I loved your explanation about why Glorfindel wasn't in the movie. Pure genius, that was! And you're so right, who could possible fill his pointy shoes? Nobody! It would have been a laugh to see the expression on his usually composed features, though, after that HP dwarf was through with him. I'll bet the twins never let him live it down, either. Oh, dear--this is definitely a hooter! Poor Glorfindel! No wonder the twins are howling with laughter! Poor Romilda--she does pick them, doesn't she? Hehehehe! Author Reply: Hello Larner! OMG Kara's Aunty, You have got to give a warning at the begining of these things. I darn near choked to death on my lunch. What a hoot!! thank you so much, that was a great vinette and I would spend a lot of Hogwarts gold to have been a fly on the proverbial wall and seen Glorifindels face.
