How wonderful that your Faramir is in keeping with book canon, and not PJ's portrayal. I understand the movie required some changes to the plot etc, but I think they short changed Faramir in the movie. Book Faramir is divine! Author Reply: After all, Faramir is the one character everyone loves, whether as their own favorite character or as their second, perhaps third choice. I so agree with you! Faramir is indeed divine!

This is a great story and a worthy gift to Linda and to Faramir and all of us. Love the man! Sorry it took so long to get here and enjoy it! : Namarie, God bless, Antane :) Author Reply: And I'm so very glad that you do like it, Antane. Not many more worthy individuals from Gondor than Faramir, after all!

This fits wonderfully with your other stories. It also covers a rarely seen time period. I have always wondered what timetable was followed on the (book) coronation day. Aragorn and Faramir must have been exhausted with Sam and Frodo far worse. Thank you. Author Reply: I suspect they all found themselves feeling a bit overwhelmed that day. And I also strongly suspect that Frodo and Sam needed to ride up through the city so soon after their recovery. And I love dovetailing my stories into one another, as you know! Thanks so!

What a beautifully-written conversation; it's like something missing from the Professor's tale, now restored. Author Reply: Oh, but I am so honored! Thank you--what a compliment!
