| Having gotten my children somewhat pre-growed myself, I know firsthand the upsets known by children coming to appreciate new homes and relationships, May these four come to know they are indeed. | Ah, but how I remember just such interesting situations when it was our kids. Very realistic! Author Reply: Thank you for the encouragement, Larner. I keep trying to think of situations where some kid I knew was trying to fit into an established "family". In some ways going to a residential school was like being a part of a large adopted family and any new kids that came in really had to work hard to be a part of the group. I hope I can continue to make this story believable. There's still a lot to cover. :) | |

| Regi grinned at him. “Your parental joys just doubled, dear cousin.” “Yes they have,” Pippin said and his smile was genuine and bright. What a wonderful chapter. Pippin is such a good father. :) Author Reply: I had been struggling with how to end this chapter and then that little scene just appeared. It really does show that he thinks being a parent is worth a little lost sleep. Thanks for the quick review. I was impressed. :) | |
