| This is so beautifully put together! I love the descriptions of North and South, unified by their King and Queen, truly a Golden Age if there ever was one. I am so sorry I missed your visit! Aargh. Saw a familiar brand of white cane in your hand, Matt! My spouse was blinded as a result of an accident at age nineteen, and I've worked with visually disabled children since I graduated in the seventies. For the last ten years I've worked with disabled adults in their own homes, both those with developmental disabilities and age-related problems. So it appears we're on the same page in many ways. | |
