Nice! I like the tradition and the way you've shown it being handed down through very different circumstances. This was lovely: The days grow dark, but the light will return. While light yet glows in the West, it will never be extinguished. Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review. I'm pleased you enjoyed my story

So many cultures have a celebration in winter that includes lighting candles or lights. This story touched me as, this year, I watched my grown children continue our tradition. Thank-you. "Many bore the light before me." Such a humble, good man. This is a beautiful series. I love reading about the past, present, and future being connected by a tradition being passed on. Happy New Year, and thank you for another year of truly lovely stories. Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review. I'm pleased you enjoyed my story. A very belated Happy New year! Aragorn is indeed a good man.
