I doubt that Aragorn is the first father to get totally sozzeled while waiting for the birth of his child, nor is he the last to do the same to celebrate said child's birth! Something to laugh about in years to come. Lynda Author Reply: Thank you. I'm pleased you enjoyed my story.

Loved it! You always paint Aragorn so sensitively, even when allowing him to get drunk! The reference to wine laid down for Boromir's wedding was really sad. Thank you and more soon please! Author Reply: Thank you so much. I'm pleased you enjoyed this. I deplore drunkeness, but think even Aragorn might make a mistake. Hope to post more stories soon.

Aha! Sloe gin! Wicked stuff, I'm told. Too bad he had to find out the hard way just how potent it was! But now his daughter is born, and he has every reason to rejoice. Author Reply: Thank you so much for reviewing. I've never tasted sloe gin, but have heard it is very strong. Aragorn is thrilled at Farawyn's birth.

Aragorn wondered if even the Valar had felt such joy when Arda was sung into being. That's a boundless joy indeed! What a lovely story with a very lovely ending. Author Reply: Thank you so much.
