| Sorry, I must have referred to the wrong artist. This was a great chapter. Finally Thranduil has gotten word about Legolas. He can get help! I was a bit confused about the allusion you made with Elrond. Could you explain it please? Author Reply: That's ok. I like Michael W. Smith's music as much as I like Steven Curtis Chapman's. :-) As for the allusion, Elrond, Galadriel and Gandalf all have rings of power. Gil-Galad gave Elrond his ring of air, and Cirdan gave Gandalf his ring of fire. If you didn't know already. Thalion is just remarking that Mirkwood has no help in guarding the realm. And he is a bit bitter about it as well. Hope that that explains it! Thanks! | |

| Thalion definately has guts! But I like how none of them really took offense at it. And it's good to know that help is finally on the way for Legolas. I wouldn't want to be on Thranduil's bad side. ;) Looking forward to more! Author Reply: Yes Thalion definately has guts. lol. I think the council all knows that Thalion is suffering and even more they understand that he is suffering and only wants to help him. Yes, help is on the way for Legolas. | I rather like Thalion. He is very much like his father. But you need to get Legolas out of there soon. I wonder what is up with Lothgil? Is someone else writing the letters? PS.
