| Really great story. I've been around SoA for a long time but don't necessarily remember this fic from before. In any case, the five chapters now up are great reading and I hope your creative outburst will continue a few more. Thanks loads for your hard work on this, looking forward to future installments. Author Reply: Hallo Matt, and thank you for your feedback! To tell the truth, there wasn't much of a story when I posted the first chapter back in 2011, and it is only now that scenes start playing out in my mind, leading me to quite a different place than I had originally anticipated (but isn't that the case most of the times?). I have been asking myself whether the fandom changed in those over seven years since I've last been here (most of the readers I found with my other stories seem to have left it), or whether the lack of feedback is the fault of my writing ("If you can't say anything nice, say nothing at all..." )... or perhaps it is the fact that I'm making rather generous use of OC characters in this story, which might not be to everybody's taste. Oh well, I see how it goes, as it seems impossible now to hold the flood back. This story will get finished! Cheers, Katzilla | |
