| I just love Gimli, but I never have the nerve to try and write for him. You did a wonderful job. There aren't many stories on any of the sites that feature him as much more than a side character. | Lovely, just lovely. Fits nicely within canon, too, despite the liberty of having help for Gimli to roll the troll off of Pippin. Thank you for sharing your story! Yeah, I didn't wish to insult Gimli's strength by any means, but the dramatic effect was heightened somewhat by having a couple of others around for assistance. | This is marvelous. What a wonderful expansion of such a short (yet important scene)! "And Pippin. Where is he? Discovered once already beyond hope. Twice would be absurd." Absurd, yes.
