NOOOOO!!!! EVILEVILEVIL!!!! You can torture Legolas; you can beat him into unconsciousness as often as you want; but please, please not that! NOT THAT! No one should have to suffer that, though too many do anyway. I'm all for Legolas angst, but please don't go there! It is a most vile form of sin. Please don't put Legolas through that! It is, however, your story, therefore you are free to do whatever you want. (Ahhh, freedom!) ;-) Poor Thalion... He lives up to his name quite well, considering the circumstances. I must say, I am touched by Legolas' selflessness and honor. It is the way I portray him in my own stories. Ahh, the stubbornness and fortitude of the Greenleaf family! Post soon! Author Reply: lol. Hey no worries mate! No rape. No rape. I also like Legolas angst, but there should be a line drawn somewhere. I mean, he's been whipped, captured, tortured, kidnapped, beaten, made a slave, raped, ect. ect. The list goes on! Though my Legolas does get a little beaten, he will always come out the better for it. At least I hope so. lol. Yes, poor Thalion. And yes he does live up to his name. I hope all my characters do. Awww! Thanks! Yes, portraying Legolas in such a vunerable position was rather tough, but the real question is. Would you do the same thing? Very thought provoking, that's for sure. And yes, the complete stubbornnes and fortitude of the Thranduillion's. And the girls too. ;-) Thanks!

Hooray for longer chapters! This one was very well done. I feel so sorry for poor Legolas, and his poor brother. I love the images that Galadriel saw in her mirror! Very nicely done! Author Reply: Yes, horray for the longer chapters! I just have to write them now lol. Thank you, I was actually a bit hesitant to post it. I was afraid some people might get upset at what I wrote about Lothgil. Fortunatly there hasn't been anything negative. Yes, poor Legolas and Thalion. But don't worry, they will soon be set free. Thanks! I always loved Galadriel and her mirror and just had to add them in. Thank you so much! You have lifted my spirits up so much. Thank you.

And their off to the rescue! But just what is Legolas going to have to endure until they get there? I don't know how those Novices can sit there and watch what's happening to Legolas. I understand why they are not doing anything, but still I can only imagine how hard it would be to sit and watch your friend and captain being torchered to save you and your people. I'm very impressed with your Legolas. And poor Thalion, can he be hurt anymore...first all his grief and guilt and now he can't even go to help his little brother! Now, question...wouldn't Tasari have said something when he heard about Legolas being taken by the Easterlings, since Legolas told him about his dream? Or maybe you could have him mention Legolas' dream to one of the others that are still at home...that could be a nice little conversation for a few of the kids. :) Can't wait for more! Author Reply: Actually, the Novices aren't watching Legolas get tortured. He has been in a tent all the times that he has been tortured. Only Adoril knew what had been done to Legolas, until Legolas was dragged outside. Yes, it has got to be very hard for them to have to watch, but Legolas did order them not to. And Adoril is mainly having the novices as far away from Legolas as possible so that they can't get any ideas in their heads. Thanks! Yes, poor Thalion. Don't worry, his anguish will soon end. And grief and guilt. lol. And don't worry, he'll get a chance to help Legolas. Actually Tasari really hasn't thought much about the Easterlings. His mind has been on horses and his girl. lol. But don't worry, he will soon piece together some things that will help Legolas in the future. But yes, there will be some conversation at home with his siblings. ;-) Thanks for the review!
