| It is nice to be reminded once in a while, isn’t it? :) I enjoyed seeing Thranduil’s affinity with the forest and the forest creatures in this chapter. I also appreciate his thoughtfulness for their neighbors during the difficult times - and honestly, I don’t really blame him for working out a way to part the Dwarves from a bit more of their hoard than they might have wanted….
