| The long defeat was fought by more than just Celeborn and Galadriel, for certain, and it makes complete sense that Thranduil would be worn out - even without Sauron poking around in his mind. It’s good that Gandalf was able to come and strengthen him. I feel like we must be getting close to other well-known events! We shall see, anyway. Regardless, hopefully his outlook will be able to remain better for a while. Enjoying, thx as always for writing! | |
