| I am currently writing a Twins, Maglor, and Maedhros story, and find my own visions of the reactions of Elrond and Elros's reactions to the realizations of what their foster fathers' part in the loss of their parents much in line with yours, although not completely. I have already written my own version of how Maglor came home to the Undying Lands, but it is the end of another long story I'm still working on, and it will not be posted until I finish a good deal of middle, if you will. Am appreciating this fourth age story very much. Thank you for this. | |

| Another story! YAY! Nicely done thus far; I always love your descriptions of the natural world, and I am pleased to read something serious about Elrond's sons. Can we hope that Maglor will finally find forgiveness and healing? (Though it looks like it might take some doing for the twins to forgive him... and however will they react to Maedhros?) However, I have to say that I am very confused. It sounds like there was some sort of rift or disruption or something, some kind of loss of healing power, wrt Elrohir and/or Elladan? I don't mean the temporary rift (because each was worrying about the other changing their mind on leaving), but was there something else there? I am all for not beating the reader over the head with the obvious, but there's clearly something there in the background which escapes me. Author Reply: Thank you so much for the review! I am very glad you like the story! There are several unanswered questions so far, and not everything is obvious. There is indeed something in the background concerning the twins. It will be revealed by the end of the story, I promise! :) And... there is always hope. ;-) | |
