I am intrigued and interested to see this gem of a story about life during the Watchful Peace. As others have commented as well, there is a lack of fanfictions if Rangers and the Dunedain in Arnor especially before Aragorn's time. I will certainly check your other story as well. By the way may I ask what draws your interest to the Rangers of Arnor?
Author Reply: I wanted to try to envision the life they led, descendants of the line of kings, but without a kingdom. How would they sustain themselves. What were their days like. How did they pass on their duties to the next generation. An unexplored area perhaps in fan fiction that I might try to fill, even though there were few notable events for them. I felt they deserved some attention. Hope that explains it. Working on the next installment but it will be a while. You might want to check out Dol Guldur, written and posted on Stories of Arda in September and October of 2018.
