| How I love to see Frodo honored! And that Sam does so here seems eminently fitting, even as I remember that Sam is due a wealth of honor himself. Frodo conducting the ceremony seems very right. The magic is wonderful! Frodo-lad has made wise use of Gimli's gift, I think, as part of showing his love for his beloved. And their wedding vows are perfect. If this has to be your final story, I love that you mention here their "long and happy life together". Merry and Pippin! And glowing bells on their collars. A very satisfying ending, my friend.
