Interesting nightmare -- I'm wondering if it has something to do with the "alternative reality" (earlier version of the Legendarium) in which one of the twins gets killed on a burning ship at Losgar. I'm glad you went with the final published canon version where Amrod and Amras ultimately die together instead of getting separated.
Author Reply: Thanks for the comment! Yes, that’s exactly what I intended! :D I personally prefer the version where the brothers perished together at the Mouths of Sirion as well, but I didn’t want to simply disregard that alternative reality, so this is my solution. |
