Ah, poor Glorfindel. He is always tormented by something...I do not envy his task of finding Olorin. Bangledesh...I had to find that on a map once...somewhere in the middleish of the far east...I think... I enjoyed Glorfindel feeding the apple to the goat. How very elf-like. Haha..."An elastic band; Legolas and Elladan had spent a good deal of the evening before discussing at length the merits of such elastic products)." That's good. :D "Does Lord Elrond take offense at Elrohir's shorn hair because he cannot fashion it in the traditional way? " I'm curious. Does he take offense? Question:Do Elladan and Elrohir have alias's as well as their father? Since their father and grandmother are such wonderful business people, would they not be some of America's most eligible bachelors? Nope, you're right on the money with Gandalf. S'okay, I like the braid thing. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise! I always felt sorry for that drunk guard in the Hobbit...That was quite clever really, you pointing out that Legolas could perhaps hold his wine better than the other half elven.

What would we do without Glorfindel? He ever takes on a life of his own even as we say we write him. I tend to look around for a whip when I let him enter my own stories. Dear Old Balrog Slayer! And Legolas with that herringbone braid down his back! In truth, dost thou know how difficult it is to accomplish a herringbone braid? Only an elf would choose it for everyday attire! I admit I wasn't keen on the idea of a "modern day" story, but this is proving interesting and well written. I shall continue! Humble Scribe to his Majesty Thranduil Author Reply: You are so right about Glorfindel. I love the way he seems to always dance out of reach. And as my hair is short, I have to laugh; I didn't know how hard a herringbone braid is to form. Only an Elf, to be sure - Legolas must be thankful he doesn't have to make one every day. I'm glad that you are enjoying this story. I hope I can continue to meet you standards of interest. :)
