| Awww... *melts into a puddle* I love Thranduil. And I love the way you portray him fiercely protective but such the loving father. I don't like it went he's portrayed as abusive to his son; I don't get the sense that he would be from the books. :( Good emotion throughout. I like how it seems well, but you still have that underlying tension that keeps the reader waiting for the next part. Great chapter! :) Heehee I wish the best of luck to Elrond and Glorfindel. ;) With Thranduil, they're going to need it! ;) Author Reply: I, too, love Thranduil and could never have him abuse Legolas. I don't think Legolas would be the elf we love,if his Ada had been cruel to him while he was growing up. I'm glad you like the underlying tension. I try hard to keep that a viable part of the story. | |

| How sweet! I really love the display of affection from Thranduil! Once again, an evil place to leave off, but what can I expect? I don't really have much to say about this that you haven't already heard in my previous reviews, but it's still very good! As for my own stories, they are indeed LotR fiction. However, I'm not exactly very old, and my dad is far from crazy about me joining things online, so I must content myself with reading the wonderful fiction posted here and lending my support through reviews! Post soon! Author Reply: I'm glad you are still liking the story. You don't have to keep saying the same thing over and over with each chapter, just make comments on the things that are in each chapter. I love hearing what people have to say about the various things I write about. As for Thranduil, I've always seen him as a fierce but fair King and a very loving father. I do not like stories that have him abusing Legolas. As for your stories, just keep writing. Experience will do wonders for your writing, even if no one else sees it right now. One day you will be old enough to post online and have readers comment on your stories. I started writing when I was ten and just kept plugging away until now, I have a venue for my work.. | |

| I loved how you show the love between Thranduil and Legolas, and I love it. Now, you add another cliffy, and I just can't wait to the next chapter. I want to nominate you for MPA FanFiction awards for Action and Author, for your writing, because I love your story, just to let you know, before nominating. I still love your story, keep up with your good work. Sivan Author Reply: I feel very strongly that Thranduil was a loving father and never, ever abused Legolas. I'm a cliffie type of person, but all chapters don't end that way. I'm flattered you want to nominate me for an award. That is thrilling. However, I have to plead ignorance.
