| A very heartwrenching question for our dear hobbit: Frodo turned his face away in an attempt to hide the tears that were suddenly threatening to spill over. It hurt so much that he could not even answer the simplest question: Where is your house, Frodo Baggins? I am glad that Bilbo was understanding about how much Merry was going to miss Frodo. The part about him softing when he saw Merry crying was really nice. I like the complexity of this character Finbar - looks rough but then his words give the impression of caring and compassion. Not unlike our Mr Strider I should think - but with blond hair and blue eyes maybe not. Keep up the really great story - I am liking this and I hope by these few words that I am telling you why and not just to say I like it. | I hope Frodo's new friend isn't going to accuse him of anything. I don't think Frodo can stand that at the moment. I like this range by the way. He is a very good character. I am also enjoying Frodo's memories of his parents an his home. More soon please. Author Reply: Thanks again for your review, GW! I really appreciate it.
