| Cute story, gave a nice little relationship between Faramir and Pippin. Two of my favorite characters and very well written. Kept my interest for what was coming next, and I loved the ending. | I remember this fic! I'm so glad you posted it here. Coriandra, your writing is so insightful when it comes to emotional healing and the importance of supportive friends. I do love this: "Faramir could feel his eyes misting up, but in a good way. It was heartening to know that his brother's last days made a difference in another life." | Hypoglycemia is something that runs in my family and I was the one to get stuck with it in my generation. Your descriptions of how Pippin feels mirror how I have felt when I don't eat when or what I ought to, a difficult thing to put into words. The conversation between Faramir and Pippin is beautiful - in canon Pippin named his son for him, Faramir must have made quite an impression on him. All in all a wonderful tale. Even though there isn't much interaction between them in the book, I never doubted that Faramir was special to Pippin. I'm glad you enjoyed the story, thanks for reviewing it. | |
