| I just read the first 5 chapters... wow! I'm loving the AU of it all... you are simply amazing shirebound. I like how you show how Pip needs to prove himself, and how practical Merry can be. I can't wait to read the rest of it. And you have so much more for me to read... that's the best part! :D Author Reply: Thank you so much, Dayna. I was just on fire after finishing "Quarantined", and had so many ideas for this sequel. It's the longest story I've written, and it just kept unfolding and surprising me. | Oh, this is very good--I find swamp vapors quite convincing! I love that it is Pip who rescues Frodo. Funny, though that you said you only made up "swamp malaise" because I really thought you were simply using that as a Middle-earth word for malaria. | |
