| I thought I should read this one first when I saw that "From the Bottom of My Heart" was set after this! It was so nice to have Saradoc and Merry with a good relationship. Poor Pippin - everyone likes to make him sick! It's always such a good set up, though. :P And now, onto "From the Bottom of My Heart"! | |

| This ended so well. I think everything is healed between Merry and his father. You did a wonderful job of wrapping up the loose ends with this story. I love how protective Merry is of Pippin in this one too. Thanks for a great story! It's always nice to find a new one of yours has been posted. Author Reply: Thank YOU--and you're quite welcome! In my wild imagination, while Merry and Saradoc do make amends and build a relationship all their own, Merry is still very close to Paladin; even more so in a way that Saradoc will never know.
