True, Asfaloth, never trust a female! Ahem, very entertaining to read, and very good gap fillers for the movie. And smoothly run, so that the parts from the movie weren't like big lumps, if you know what I mean. Now I have an urge to rewatch that chase scene. Cheers to you and Asfaloth! Author Reply: Hello again, Kitt! I'm glad you like my stories so much, and thank you! Yes, I know what you mean, that's what I tried to do. I am rather intrigued by some of the differences between the book and the movies. I have to admit, after writing this, I really can't see that scene in the same light. *snickers* I hear Asfaloth's voice in my head, complaining loudly about female elves, humans, wraiths, and anything else he can think of to complain about. Thanks for reviewing (I like reviews)! :D

*grin* Always a joy to read this tale. I'm so glad you've posted it here!!! MOre! More! More! :) Author Reply: Hey bryn! I'm glad you enjoy it, and don't worry. When I'm done posting Asfaloth's Tale here, next will come the sort-of prequel "An Elf's Best Friend" and then an interlude in "An Elf's Best Friend" chronicling Asfaloth's first riding lesson which I'm working on now. It is tentatively entitled "Lessons Learned the Hard Way." *evil grin* You were right, this is a really nice site, but I couldn't help coming here since I. . . loookeed innttoooo yoour eeyeesssss. ;) Your bio always cracks me up. Thanks! :D
