*laughs* I did not know horses could chant, let alone rhyme. Nice ending, dramatic and smooth. But I cannot describe it well enough in words, it's just fitting. I am looking forward to Asfaloth's next story. (Oh, but take your time, of course.) May your pencil never dull and may Asfaloth's mane never fall out. (I daresay he'd throw a fit.) Author Reply: Most horses can't chant, but Asfaloth is rather unique, isn't he? ;) *expression of exceptionable smugness* I thought it was a suitable place to end. I've seen a lot of stories that don't have enough to keep going and drag out too long (I myself have been guilty of said offense). But, thank you very much! *mutters to self* Kitt cannot describe it in wordses, oh no, precious, ha ha, yes! *ceases imitating Gollum* Erm, just ignore that. ;) I'm afraid the next Asfaloth story won't be ready for a while. I'm working on other stuff as well, and it's shaping up to be longer than this one. *flashback* I'm going to write a story about Asfaloth. It'll be 2 pages. *later* Well, it's 22. Big difference. *later* I'm going to write a prequel to that story. It'll be 4 pages. *later* Okay, okay, I know it's 38! *later* All right, now I'm ready for the prequel interlude. It'll be about 4 or 5, maybe even 6 pages. *end flashback* | |
