What a terrible realization for Frodo--that he may have come into the hands of his executioner. Character development in the Orcs has been progressing very nicely. We are left uncertain as to who will choose which side at the end, excepting Lash, who seems to have the best innate heart of the three. |

That last conversation is very disquieting. You cannot make Yarga into a tark, unless he wants to become one, and even then it may not be possible. And Canohando still has a bond with Yarga greater than any he would have with Radagast. I wonder how long they'll be cooped up together in the rain, and what will break lose first.
Author Reply: You're right, Canohando's bond with Yarga is very strong - and they're all a lot better off when they can keep moving outside... |
