| This is what i was fearing. I knew it was coming but alas, tis still a hard blow. If you don't have hundreds of readers for this story, tis only because like me, they would rather go hide under some warm blankets and read the "Hobbit" or some such talewith happy times for the dear hobbits. But again alas, not reading about it does not mean it did not "happen". You are handleing this story very well. I'm sure it was just what tolkien had in mind when he thought of these dark times. but having the details, wow, that is a rough blow! Beethoven's 7th - - off to call my therapist. | |

| Love the Gaffer! I am so sad for all of them with all that has happened. Was glad to see new chapter of this one as I have realy enjoyed it so far. Even knowing what happens doesn't keep me from worrying about these Shire-folk. | |
