oooooooo...Elrond's private room...

*sigh* poor Thranduil, still no answers...stupid reactions, always taking their sweet time...but there were no big explosions during their little...meeting? i dunno what to call it...

ACK!!! not only do you have to put Legolas through all this suffering, but now Elrond has to use him as a human guinea pig...wait...elven guinea pig...???

Well, hopefully the venom will have done something by the next chapter and if the venom in the other dish dries up and they happne to need it...argh! But what if this isn't caused by the venom...hmmm...that would just really stink...!!! Anywayz POST SOON!!!!!

Author Reply: I had to think about what Elrond's private work room might be like. I thought that it had to be full of all kinds of plant life and liquids, so that's what I wrote.

No explosions. Thranduil got angry a couple of times, but he believes Elrond is Legolas's only chance to be cured, so he held his tongue for the most part, not that Elrond would refuse to aid Legolas, if Thranduil had lost his temper, but he wasn't willing to take any chances.

Elrond doesn't know any other way to find out what might be needed to give Legolas, so yes, he will use him as an elven guinea pig.

The other drop of venom won't dry out. Remember Elrond put the oil cloth over it. The cure will take time, if there is one you understand. You don't know that I won't leave our dear elf with a body full of poison for a long time to come.

Not caused by the venom? Hmmm. Now, there's an idea. :o)

Well, this went better than I would have expected! Elrond is a truly dipolmatic person - then again, any outburst from Thranduil would have been understandable. I wonder whether this outburst is still to come - I have that feeling that you won´t let Legolas "off the hook" easily...
I´m looking forward to your next chapter!

Author Reply: Well, Thranduil came close to losing it a couple of times, but as he said, he believes Elrond is Legolas's last chance to be cured. I think he did a good job of holding it together.

Let Legolas off easy? Of course not. There are more problems ahead for our dear elf.

Thank you for wanting more.

Let us work that it will work...

I still love what I read, although the real life...

Keep up the perfect work that you are doing with your story.

Author Reply: Yes, let us hope that it works. Legolas could certainly use something good happening to him for a change.

Thank you. I will keep at it.
