| *squeals* That was fantastic! I'm so glad we got to see another conversation between Pippin and Theo! You've had children of your own, yes? It definitely shows, because you write the perfect baby. I was reminded of my little cousin Freddie. :) Aww, Pippin's getting Impending Fatherhood Nerves... I can just imagine him being worried that his boy would be another "Fool of a Took." "'That’s it,' he said quietly this time into Theo’s little ear. 'A name as noble as yours, my dear cousin. You are named for a good, kindly king. A king who fell under darkness but was saved, then led his people to fight the great evil. A king who took the time to be kind to a lonely hobbit of the Shire. I pledged my life to Gondor to honor Boromir. I shall name my son to honor his brother.'" Yes! I was really looking forward to reading about Pippin's choice for a name in this, and you did not disappoint at all. He provided us with a perfect explanation, didn't he? Hee hee, poor Diamond... I've heard about expecting mothers getting a little - ahem - *demanding* of their husbands. Must've been an awkward visit to the healer to ask about that! And it was so cute when Estella said that Diamond was taking on Pippin's trait of "not being able to sit still" when something's troubling her - and then we saw Pippin doing the same thing later on! | My favorite chapter so far! "Drat!" Pippin hugged the baby boy to his chest, firmly placing a kiss upon Theo’s soft brown curls. "You are turning into your Da. You see through me. I shan’t be getting anything past either of you, shall I?" Pippin and Theo have the most fascinating relationship! I just can't get enough of it. | |

| Another very sweet chapter. I love the way you alluded to the business Diamond and our little brother were up to, but did not blantantly speak of it. Also glad to see Pippin's still talking to Theodoc, AND that everyone approves of the choice of name! | |
