| I was glad to see this hopeful chapter. How hard it must have been to let Legolas have those convulsions and not try to steady him. Thranduil is certainly his impatient self! Legolas seems sort of like a stroke victim to me, having to learn to do things all over again. Author Reply: It is nice to hear from you again. I thought you had quit reading the story a while back. When one of Thranduil's children is in need, the king can get very impatient in wanting to help them. I prefer to portray that side of him as a father. I can't abide it, when he is portrayed as abusive. You are right, I thought of a stroke victim, when I wrote about Legolas's speech problems. | |

| WOOHOO!Legolas is talking(sort of) I take it he's out of the proverbial woods, if he isn't you're gonna kill me.I was actually worrying about him! Author Reply: Yes, Legolas is talking, sort of. All I can say about the "you're gonna kill me" comment is: What kind of flowers do you like? Also, keep worrying. He's going to need your concern. :o) | |
