*applauds the wonderful Legolas fic* This story rocks! *clears her throat* That is to say, I greatly enjoyed reading your ficticious story about Legolas. *nods and begins talking to herself* Yes, that sounds educated, no need to show my upbringing... Aww, what the peace? You'll figure out what I really type like soon enough. *squeals gleefully and glomps Le Rouret* IlovethisficIlovethisficIlovethisfic!

Oh my gosh!! What a "vision" that was: Legolas, his head devoid of helmet, leading a whole slew of knights and elves, heading off to battle...*GAH* LOVED IT!! And I'm so enjoying (amongst so much in this story) Bandobras's sweet devotion to Legolas in this story - and Eowyn's, too, for that matter. Faramir, you've gone up a notch in my estimation, allowing your wife to continually call Legolas "her champion" and not begrudging her her never-failing admiration for him. *GAH-GAH* This story is so full of wonderful, breath-taking "pictures" of Legolas, I have to guard myself from hyperventilating each time I read a new chapter...it's great! Okay, how's that for not rehashing the same, old review?? Thought you needed something a "bit different"... Elenora

YAY! You must be feeling better now. ;) *Pft* Eloquence running a little low tonight, but again a great chapter. Lamiel said it all first, and I agree. Best of luck with the upcoming battle; I've known those to be sticky parts. ^_^

Wahahahahoo! Now THAT is a sight! I mean of course the way that Legolas finally revealed himself to all the knights, and then led them into battle. I of course expected him to lead them, when there was the talk about who was going to do it, but I didn't expect it to go quite that way! I could not ask for a better way for him to be revealed -- it wouldn't have worked after he won the tournament, but this is just perfect. And I like the image of him riding at the head of the column of knights with his hair streaming behind him. Ah, I like that very much. He's been wearing far too much armour for far too long. Bandobras' comment after they ride off, "I can't believe he left like that without a proper breakfast" -- perfect! Perfect, perfect! Just the right touch of poignancy and humor. Oh, this is WONDERFUL! I'm enjoying every moment of it. Lamiel
