| Samwise Gamgee, Saruman exulted to himself, the second Ringbearer. The information I seek is within my grasp. “You can trust me, Sam,” he continued soothingly, as Sting clattered to the ground. “We have much to discuss, you and I.” Whoa! This is, I think, the first time that you have scared me for Sam's sake. I was really worried there. He wouldn't have Frodo's more developed ability to hold Saruman off . . . he's such a honey, he would have gone down fast . . . Look at what you've done to me! I spend all week worrying about Frodo and I end up worrying about Sam too. Great job! This is better than TV by a long shot. Thanks, thanks, thanks! | |

| sorry for the double post..but just wanted to commend you also on the clever beginning of Frodo dreaming that it was Gandalf speaking to him... that was incredibly effective in drawing my attention... (well your whole story has my attention till the end ;) ahhh~!! can't wait for more =) | |

| It's very curious how this plot will continue... the hobbits are thankfully rescued.... =) and i'm glad for that hehe but what of Merry? and Saruman? what are they going to do with him? those are my questions... i LOVE how you had Sam charging in with Sting and slashing Wormtongue with it! that was great! Samwise the Brave! Samwise the hero! =) wow...this is curious indeed on how this will continue =) Probably lots of comfort now hehe...aww poor sick Frodo~ and hopefully Elladan is holding up all right... now let the questioning and trial of Saruman begin :-0 that chapter was great =) thanks Shirebound~ | |
